Job Summary

The Painter will be responsible for preparing and applying protective coatings and paint systems to structural steel components to ensure durability and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in painting structural steel works.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods such as grinding and cleaning.
• Understanding of different paint systems and coating applications used in steel fabrication.
• Experience with paint mixing and coating thickness requirements.
• Ability to follow paint specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare steel surfaces for painting.
• Apply protective coatings and paint finishes to structural steel components.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
